Products & Descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including materials, dimensions and load ratings. Product photos are for illustration; slight variation in colour and finish can occur between production batches. Where a product carries a rating or a size limit, such as the tonnage of a jack, the socket sizes of a wheel wrench or the pressure an inflator will deliver, that figure is published on the product page and it is your responsibility to check it against your own vehicle before ordering. Nothing on this site overrides your vehicle manufacturer's instructions, and we make no medical claims for anything we sell.
Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the time of publishing. If we discover an error in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price before dispatching.
Orders & Purchase Terms
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm and dispatch your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Payment & Security
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure, encrypted (SSL) payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Your order will be processed once payment is authorised.
